Every decision we make as a company has consequences and impacts our environment. Therefore, whether in our operations or in the development and design of our products, we do everything we can to move towards a sustainable society and reduce our carbon footprint. And we take concrete action:

We are already 100% self-sufficient in terms of heating

Our photovoltaic panels provide 50% of the electricity we consume

We have set up an internal recycling center. 100% of our waste is sorted and recycled

We ensure traceability for all the products we purchase

We work exclusively with certified partners

We prioritize processed products and short supply chains

We use resources responsibly and in a way that is technically adapted to their intended use, while aiming for a zero-carbon objective

Training company

Training, developing, passing on knowledge— these are the foundations of our company.

Each year, we welcome and train apprentices in woodworking and carpentry. To ensure the long-term preservation of skills and enable each of our employees to develop in a balanced way, we support our teams in their higher education and advanced training paths.

Innovation

To remain competitive in a rapidly changing world, a company must be able to innovate. We understood this many years ago by equipping not only our design offices with the latest digital tools, enabling direct communication with our fleet of latest-generation machines. However, innovation is not limited to technological progress. It results from a culture of innovation, carried by every employee in the company and present throughout the project development process.
